Pattee Hipschen captures the beauty of her travels through the Midwest landscape with her exhibit of brightly colored paintings and bold monotype prints. Hipschen has been painting landscapes and portraits for over thirty years and formally exhibiting since 2005. Her paintings reflect a visual diary of her travels throughout the USA. From the cornfields of rural Iowa to the rocky crags of Maine, she captures her subjects in rich, loose strokes with her distinctive style of bright and intense color.
