Jardin en el Mar is a new film by Thomas Reidelsheimer about an underwater installation in the Mexican Sea of Cortez by the Spanish artist Cristina Iglesias, commissioned by the Mexican millionaire philanthropist Manuel Arango. The filmmaker is best-known for his award-winning documentary on Andy Goldsworthy, Rivers and Tides. The Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital seeks to advance public understanding of the environment through the power of film.
