Pippi in America is an almost acoustic performance where the musicians combine well known Swedish children’s songs with beloved characters such as Pippi Longstocking, with jazz. Sweden’s Sarah Riedel is a characteristic, thought-provoking, elegant and emotional jazz vocalist who was nominated in 2010 and 2011 for the Swedish Radio Corporation's prestigious Jazzkatten Award.
